Why work with us

What that actually looks like in practice.

“A report should give the reader something they can act on, not a page of caveats.”

Assessments are carried out or overseen by GMC-registered occupational health clinicians, so the judgement behind a report is a genuine clinical one.

  • Scoped before you commit

You get a clear description of what's included and a quote before any appointment is booked, no surprises on the invoice.

  • Flexible delivery, London & UK-wide

Remote consultations where they work well, on-site visits for surveillance, testing and multi-site programmes, wherever you're based.

Questions

Everything you need to know.

Still unsure? Ask us anything

What is an occupational health consultation?
A confidential discussion and assessment that helps an employer understand how a health condition affects an employee's work, what support may help, and what to do next.
When should an employer make a management referral?
Common triggers include long-term or frequent short-term sickness absence, a health issue affecting performance or safety, a return to work after illness or injury, or before a disciplinary process where health may be a factor.
How long does it take to get a report?
Timescales are confirmed when your consultation is booked and depend on the type of assessment. We'll give you a clear timeframe up front rather than a generic promise.
Who pays for an occupational health assessment?
The employer normally arranges and pays for an occupational health assessment as part of supporting and managing its workforce.
Can occupational health recommend workplace adjustments?
Yes. Where relevant, a report includes practical recommendations on adjustments, phased return, altered duties or equipment, for the employer to consider.
Is what I discuss confidential?
Yes. Medical information is confidential. Where a report is shared with an employer, what it contains is explained and, in most cases, agreed with you beforehand.
