Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not book an appointment. We review every enquiry and confirm scope, pricing and availability before anything is booked. A booking is confirmed only once you or your employer have accepted the quote and appointment details we provide.
Clinical services
Consultations and assessments are carried out or overseen by GMC-registered occupational health clinicians. Our role is to provide an occupational health opinion, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions generally; where something outside that scope is identified, we will advise you to see your GP or an appropriate specialist.
Reports
Where a written report is produced, its scope is agreed before the appointment. For management referrals, what a report shares with an employer is explained to you, and in most cases agreed with you, before it is sent. We aim to give clear, defensible clinical opinions rather than generic template outcomes.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Timescales for rescheduling and any applicable charges for late cancellation will be confirmed when your appointment is booked.
Fees
Prices shown on this website (where given) are indicative starting prices. A firm price is confirmed in writing before any appointment is booked. Payment terms are agreed at the point of booking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with services arranged through this website is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
